My hair is neither straight, nor curly. It is thick and prone to frizz and dryness, and easily gets out of control and HUGE. Until now!
I’ve been using the Haus of Gloi Hair Oil for over a year now, my hair is under control, and is so much healthier. It looks and feels so much smoother. The Haus of Gloi Hair Oil is made from a blend of several different oils:
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, camellia oleifera (camellia seed) oil, argania spinosa (argan) oil, virgin cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, raphanus sativus (daikon radish) seed oil, cymbidium grandiflorum (orchid) flower extract, equisetum arvense (horsetail grass) extract, lavandula (lavender) flower extract, calendula officinalis (calendula) flower extract, (and) azadirachta indica (neem) leaf extract, vitamin e
On the Haus of Gloi website, they explain the properties of the different oils used. In the directions for use, they suggest to use between 1 to 4 drops of the oil. Because my hair is quite thick and just past my shoulders, I tend to use 4 to 6 drops on damp hair and then either let my hair air dry, or blow it dry. It tames my frizz, and keeps the ends of my hair happy and less prone to split ends. Before using the oil, I had to get my ends trimmed every 4 to 6 weeks or so due to dryness. I haven’t gotten my hair cut since November, and my ends are only now starting to get a little dry!
You can buy it in their unscented version (Aether), or you can choose one of their scents to add to the hair oil. I bought the unscented version. You can also use this product as a hand and cuticle oil as well, but I’ve only used it on my hair. The product is vegan and cruelty-free, comes in a 2oz (56gm) dropper bottle, and sells for $12 US. I would highly recommend this hair oil if you have hair issues similar to mine! Buy it here. Haus of Gloi makes small batch handmade bath and beauty products and perfumes that are vegan. They have a regular collection (general catalog), and make several limited edition seasonal collections during the year.
