Not only am I a lip balm addict, I’m also a bit of a body butter addict. For me, a great body butter is thick, rich, and highly moisturizing without being greasy.
When I was given the chance to review another product from the Oz Naturals Reviewer program, I decided to try out their Sweet Almond and Macadamia Nut Body Butter.
Here’s what it says on the website:
This NOURISHING & HYDRATING formula can also be used on the face and neck for very dry skin types. It is formulated to provide a healthy, dewy, summer skin look, and is packed with nourishing ingredients to hydrate skin during harsh, dry winter months. Contains sweet almond & macadamia nut oil for the richest, silkiest, moisture replenishing, all-over body moisturizer available. If you want your body to have that healthy, summer-sheen glow all year around, this is your body butter.
Sounds pretty good, right? It is super thick and rich, and most importantly it absorbs amazingly well into the skin and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling. My skin feels amazing when I use it after getting out of the bath or shower. As for the scent, I was actually surprised at how non-scented this body butter is, because I had assumed that with the nut oil content (especially the sweet almond oil) that it would have a sweet nutty scent.
The key ingredients and their main benefits are: Sweet Almond Oil (nourishing), Macadamia Nut Oil (natural moisturizer and emollient, reduce wrinkles and promote hydration), Avocado Oil (increase collagen production, heal and protect sun-damage, anti-oxidant).
This is a great body butter for this time of year, when the weather gets cold and skin tends to get dry. I think that this would be a great body butter for sensitive skin (like mine), unless you have an allergy or sensitivity to some of the ingredients.
Thanks for reading and have a beautiful day!!! ❤ ❤ ❤
