Farmacy Clear Bloom Cleansing Oil

I’ve been using the Clear Bloom Cleansing Oil from Farmacy at night for two weeks now. This is the first product from Farmacy that I’ve tried. This is also the first cleansing oil that I’ve used.

The cleansing oil has a mildly herbal smell. Here’s the instructions for use taken from the website:

Use daily to remove makeup and surface impurities. Pour a small amount into palm and blend with a few drops of water. Mix until a silky milk forms. Massage onto skin with upward and outward motions. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

I have to comment on how gorgeous the packaging is, you slide the outer sleeve off to find an origami type box that opens up – just look at how beautiful it is!

Key ingredients:

Powered By EchinaceaGreenEnvy™. A unique patent-protected variant of Echinacea Purpurea, GreenEnvy™ contains the highest known concentration of the phytochemical Cichoric Acid, a potent natural antioxidant which helps protect and firm the skin by inhibiting the enzymes that break down collagen. […] Cichoric Acid also normalizes the skin pigmentation process to promote a more evenly toned complexion.

Safflower Oil, a natural solvent for oil-based makeup, helps remove makeup gently. […] Super moisturizing Sunflower Oil leaves the skin feeling smooth and soft with no greasy residue, while also aiding in the repair of the skin barrier function with essential fatty acids.
This is a beautiful cleansing oil, with a very mild herbal scent, and it really does remove  make-up, although I do go in after with some grapeseed oil to get any stubborn waterproof mascara bits off my lashes. My skin feels soft, smooth, and moisturized, but not at all greasy.
I think that this would be a good one for all skin types, but especially for sensitive skin like mine.
I’m planning on trying out a few more products from Farmacy in the new year once I’ve finished tested out the things I currently have in the review stash.
Thanks for reading and have a beautiful day!!! ❤ ❤ ❤
Disclosure: I purchased this!

      1. Oh for some reason I haven’t noticed it there! Makes sense 🙂

I’m currently trying to use up oils from Josie Maran, The Face Shop, and Clinique (the cleansing balm). I like them all to a certain extent, but feel I need to try more brands before I commit 😀

  1. The packaging is so nice! I looked up this product and it’s pretty pricey for what it is. I am currently using the Muji Sensitive Skin Cleansing Oil, its first ingredient is olive oil and only costs less than $15. I did a quick review of it here:

I’ve about half way through the bottle now and it’s now firmly in my top 3 favourite cleansing oils!
