Hello, hello!
I didn’t finish up that many products this month, so this will be a short one!
Haircare:
Rock Your Hair Spray It Clean Dry Shampoo * – This was a freebie from GenBeauty. I really liked this dry shampoo, but haven’t ever seen it in stores, so it is unlikely that I will purchase this (unless Sally Beauty opens a store here). Review is here.
Co Lab Sheer Invisible Dry Shampoo in Rio (tropical scent) – I’ve already purchased a replacement for this dry shampoo, it is my favourite one so far! I’ve never actually reviewed this, but it has been in several of my empties posts!
Alterna Caviar Repair Instant Recovery Conditioner – I’ve had this conditioner for YEARS. It is crazy thick and nearly impossible to squeeze conditioner out of the bottle – there is still a little bit in the bottle, but it refuses to come out. I don’t think that they are cruelty free, so I won’t be repurchasing this one unless I find out for sure.
Skincare:
Pacifica Malibu Lemon Blossom Super Hydrating Hand Cream – This one is great for dry skin, but is highly scented. If you are sensitive to scents, then this one might not be for you. I mostly used it on my feet, due to the scent being a little too much. I believe that this one was gifted to me. I’d like to try some of the other scents, but not right away as i’ve got quite a stash of hand creams to use up.
Skinfix Ultra Rich Hand Cream * – I love this stuff! It is so rich and hydrating, without being greasy. As an added plus, it is fragrance free. I’ll probably purchase this one in the colder months once I use up more of my stash. This was a freebie from GenBeauty. Review is here.
Sukin Hyrdrating Toner Mist – This one made it into my July Faves. I love this facial mist, it is so refreshing and soothing. It has a mild rose scent that I absolutely love. I’ve already repurchased this one. Review is here.
Make-Up:
Essence Prettifying Lip Oil – I purchased this at the Essence booth at GenBeauty. I really loved this lip oil. I will repurchase it if I find it in a store. Review is here.
Tarte Lipsurgence Natural Matte Lip Tint – To be honest, I’ve had this for YEARS. After reading Stashy’s blog post about her makeup purge, I decided to go through all of my lip products to check to see if any of them had gone off. This one was the only one – the minty scent is still there, but slightly off, and the sides are discoloured, so it is time to pitch this one. I have several red lipsticks in my stash, so I don’t need to replace this one any time soon.
Have you finished up many things this month? I just hit pan on my Too Faced Cocoa Powder Foundation – I wonder how long it will take me to finish it?
Thanks for reading and have a beautiful day! ❤
Disclosure: Freebies / PR samples identified with *. Everything else has been purchased by me, or gifted to me (from family or friend).
Glad you lived Colab as I just got a mini can of it☺ x

I’ve wondered if the Skinfix Cream was any good – I’ve eyed it up at the drugstore but it’s so expensive! I like a good thick hand cream for winter though so I might have to splurge on it. 🙂

Their body butter is also amazing! I’ll be getting both when the weather gets cold!

I’ve just used up a body butter – as a foot butter. 🙂
I really like that you’re not wasteful, and that you found a use for the strongly-scented hand cream.

I hate wasting products – if I can’t use something, I try to re-home it to someone who will use it.

I do the same. I’ve got a teenage niece who’s happy to take all sorts of stuff. 🙂

Yay, so glad my makeup purge post influenced you dig into your stash and rid yourself of something that isn’t good anymore. 🙂
I keep looking at that Skinfix Hand Cream – I need to finish a few more hand creams first before I take the plunge!

I was surprised that only one lipstick had gone off!
The Skinfix cream is so good, I’m going to have to get it for the colder months! I still have a few hand creams to finish up though as well.

I share your love for colab: what a great dry shampoo.
The pacifica hand cream sounds really nice and seeing you and stashy purge your make-up has spurred me on. Something to do this weekend 🙂

It is a good thing to do. I’m surprised that I only had to purge one lipstick, I have a few older ones that are still good.
