Hello, hello!
Today I have a little review of the Keratin Protein Smoothing Deep Conditioner pack from Hask. Here’s what it says on the website:
HASK Keratin Protein Smoothing Deep Conditioner is an ultra restorative, moisturizing hair conditioner that leaves all hair types smooth, shiny and frizz free. This special ingredient blend repairs damage, reduces breakage and helps reduce static and drying time. Perfect for over processed and color treated hair. Treat your hair with this nourishing conditioner, formulated to bring life back into your luscious looking locks!
My hair is fairly long, past my shoulders (about bra strap length), thick, wavy and prone to dryness in the winter months. And I dye my hair. Despite this, my hair is actually pretty healthy because I rarely heat style, and I try to deep condition my hair about every two weeks.
I like that the Hask Keratin Protein deep conditioner comes in a large enough foil package that I can get several uses from. I had originally thought that I would get one use from the pack because of my thick hair.
In the instructions it says to leave on for 10 minutes, but I’d forgotten to keep an eye on the clock and left it on for 20 minutes. My hair was so soft and smooth afterwards, and because of that, it was easier to manage, and less out of control! I might have to purchase the 6 oz tube of this one.
I still have two other Hask Deep Conditioning packs to test out before deciding which one to purchase the larger size of – the Argan Oil Repairing Deep Conditioner, and the Charcoal with Citrus Oil Purifying Deep Conditioner.
Have you tried this one? What is your fave deep conditioning treatment / hair mask? Thanks for reading and have a beautiful day! ❤
Disclosure: I purchased this!
Winters are perfect to try out deep conditioners. I will probably consider the Argan one as most of the times keratin based shampoo and conditioners do not give me the desired results.
Thanks for sharing!😊❤️

There’s a Hask gift set at Rexall that’s on sale for 50% off and I’m tempted to get it. It’s the Keratin Protein collection but not sure if it includes this product.

Hask is kind of difficult to find around here – only bits and pieces of their collection at my two closest Jean Coutu stores!

I was very surprised to see it in a physical store! Hmm I should go check at lunch to see if they’re still there. All the clearance sets are selling quickly!

The Argan one is supposed to be great for super dry hair, I’ll be trying that one next!

I have not tried it but I’ve seen other reviews of this brand and they all sound great. This one sounds great too. By any chance, does it detangle hair?

It does for me, but I find that most good conditioners do that for me.

I need one that detangles lol. My hair sucks and I hate spending like 10 mins trying to detangle it every single time lol.

If I don’t use a good conditioner, my hair gets knotted and tangled, I totally understand the frustration!

The terms keratin and protein describes the whole scenario and I’m sure, it works wonders

This sounds great. I wish I could use a hask!! My hair is so fine that it weighs it down into a limp mess. If you could recommend one that isn’t too heavy that would be awesome.

My hair is super thick and wavy, it takes a lot to weigh it down!
I did try one ages ago that wasn’t enough for my hair – I’ll try to remember what it was and get back to you if I recall which one it was!

Thanks. I wish I had thicker hair. Even though it’s thin, it curls up in ringlets when it gets wet. Lol
