Today I’m sharing the Pocket Farmacy Remedy Kit from Saje Natural Wellness.
Inside the zipped Pocket Farmacy are five remedies: Peppermint Halo, Immune, Eater’s Digest, Stress Release and Pain Release in 6ml (0.2 fl oz) bottles, as well as an instructional leaflet that contains info on each of the five remedies, as well as instructions for use.
PEPPERMINT HALO (for headaches)
Apply as desired to entire hairline, creating a halo effect. Apply to neck and shoulders for extra cooling and relaxation, avoiding eyes. For prolonged use, consult a doctor.
IMMUNE (for germ and virus fighting)
Rub on the throat and chest in a thick layer. Cover with a warm, dry cloth if desired. Clothing should be loose about throat and chest to help vapours reach the nose and mouth. Use up to three times daily or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years of age, consult a doctor.
EATER’S DIGEST ( for digestion easing)
Treat your tummy to an aromatic massage with soothing and comforting peppermint, fennel, chamomile and black pepper. Apply directly onto stomach, as desired and massage in gently. For prolonged use, consult a doctor.
STRESS RELEASE (for tension reducing)
To support a sense of balance and calm the spirit, apply to forehead, neck and shoulders. Put several drops on a tissue and inhale deeply or insert into pillowcase before bed. Add 10-25 drops to a bowl of steaming water; inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes. Add 7-12 drops to a full bath and swish to disperse well. For prolonged use, consult a doctor.
PAIN RELEASE (for muscular aches, tenseness, stiffness, an analgesic)
Apply to affected area not more than 3-4 times daily. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Let me tell you, the Immune one got a LOT of use over the holidays when I was sick!
I’ve tried all of them out over the past several weeks, and I’m so happy that I bought this little aromatherapy kit for myself as all five remedies are things that I’ve used and will continue to use in the new year.

The only thing I hate, is the scent on Eaters Digest hahaha When I use it, hubby asks me to stay away from him, he also hates the smell haha

I got a bunch of Saje stuff for my birthday and Christmas and I love all of it! I picked up the flu last week and been using Peppermint Halo non-stop, it totally works. This is such a great kit, it covers all your bases! 🙂
