Have you noticed that I didn’t review the March Ipsy Glam Bag? In case you were wondering, I never received it, and Ipsy sent out a replacement March Glam Bag, which I have not received as of yet. And it isn’t tracking either, despite being sent on March 28th. This doesn’t bode well.
