Neal’s Yard Remedies Frankincense Intense Lifting Serum Review

Today I have a review of a new Frankincense Intense Lifting Serum from Neal’s Yard Remedies, launching in May 2017. This is my first time trying anything from the brand, so I really did not know what to expect!

First of all, I want to show you the packaging –

The packaging is super luxe, I especially love the gold embossed logo on the navy ground.

I love that the serum comes in a cobalt glass dropper bottle, again with the gold stamped logo.

This pale lemon yellow serum smells glorious, and roughly two drops are all you need to cover your entire face. It absorbs quickly into the skin. I’ve been using this serum twice a day for two and a half weeks now and my skin has never looked better! I can’t wait to see the results of longer term usage!

The Frankincense Intense Lifting Serum is probably the most luxurious product that I’ve ever put on my face! It is pricy though, at $149 CAD for 30 ml / 1.01 oz, but because you only need to use such a small amount each time, I can see the bottle lasting a long time.

  3. Neal’s Yard – well, that’s not a brand I’ve heard about in a long time! It’s such a proper British brand to me – even the packaging looks it! 🙂 I only only associate the brand with bath & body products so it’s good know they have skincare too.
    What exactly does this Frankincense serum smell like… I am imagining something musky. And that’s a loooong ingredient list!

      1. I can tell from the the ingredients. 😀 Life is too short to use things on your skin that smell bad. Smells are part of the whole experience. Another reason I love essential oils. I make my own facial moisturizer with 10 essential oils. It is so wonderful. I’ll bet it is almost as wonderful as yours.
