Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Daily Cleansing Pads

Hello, hello!

Today I have a little review of the sample sized Glycolic Fix Daily Cleansing Pads by Nip + Fab. I used my Ipsy GlamBag points to get this sample. This is my first time using anything from Nip + Fab.

Here’s what it says on the website:

Unveil younger-looking skin with our innovative Glycolic Fix. 60 radiance-boosting pads, soaked in exfoliating glycolic acid (2.8%) retexture + resurface skin whilst witch hazel helps to tone. This moisturising formula with hyaluronic acid + soothing blue daisy helps to reveal brighter + smoother looking skin.

I am always a little nervous when it comes to using exfoliating acid products since my skin is so sensitive. To be honest, I really was expecting a tingle or burn, but thankfully these exfoliating glycolic acid pads are gentle. My skin feels so smooth after using!

However, I do find that my skin feels a little sticky immediately after using them, but that feeling goes away after a little while. I think that the hyaluronic acid and blue daisy are what helps calm the skin and keep it from irritating the skin. Sadly, because it is a sample size (10 pads), I don’t have a verdict on  longer usage. I think that I will most likely purchase a full size of this one to try out for a longer period of time.

  2. I’ve been wanting to try their Dragons blood pads! Everyone I know who has tried any variety of the pads have been happy with it so it seems like they work for most skin types 🙂

  3. The glycolic range is really good so I am sure you will love it.. I have used glycolic extreme with the frequency of twice a week and slowly and gently my skin started to look smoother and brighter.

  4. I was hemming and hawing between these and the cleanser (Nip+Fab sale at SDM this week!); I got the glycolic cleanser instead and like it so far!

    These pads get great reviews – they definitely seem interesting enough to try out in a full size pack 🙂

  5. I”ve heard great things about this and I like how portable it is. I always struggle with exfoliation when I’m on vacation and my skin suffers!
    I haven’t tried much from Nip + Fab – I really should!

  9. I haven’t tried this brand yet. Usually people with sensitive skin do better with lactic acid as it has a larger molecular structure, providing less irritation. Glycolic acid has a smaller molecular structure which goes in deeper into the skin but that makes it more irritating for some. 🙂
