I’m still carrying on with the Yoga with Adriene Yoga True (30 Days of Yoga). I’m really liking this year’s series of practices, and am so proud of myself for sticking to it thus far!

I got a Fitbit Charge HR for Christmas, and I’m kind of obsessed with tracking my steps and sleep.
