Today I have a review of the De-Stress Muscle Bath & Shower Oil from Aromatherapy Associates that came in a recent Petit Vour subscription box. [info in italics taken from the Petit Vour website]

Treat your body to the warming powers of Rosemary, Black Pepper, Lavender and Ginger essential oils to de-stress after an intense workout or spending too much time in one position at work. Your aching muscles will appreciate the TLC.

HOW TO USE:
Massage a capful onto your torso, focusing on any areas of concern. Cup your hands, bring them to your face and inhale deeply 3 times. Step into a warm bath or shower and enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy. 

I managed to get two uses from my sample vial (3ml / 0.1fl oz). This is such a beautiful bath oil – the scent is so lovely! I can’t particularly smell the black pepper notes, but the blend of rosemary, lavender and ginger works so well together.

I love having a nice hot bath after yoga if I can.  I love having a nice hot bath any time really, haha! My muscles are happy, and I feel so relaxed. As an added plus, the bath oil works great for softening and hydrating the skin. I love it!

The full sized bottle is on the pricy side however at $73 USD for 55ml. I will not be purchasing it any time soon as it is currently out of my price-range. I have a bunch of bath and body stuff in my stash to use up.
