Hello, hello!
Today I’m reviewing the Juice Beauty Green Apple Cleansing Bar that came in my June Petit Vour box. [info in italics taken from the Petit Vour website]
Renew, revitalize and soften your skin with this cleansing bar formulated with organic, extra virgin, cold-pressed olive oil, coconut oil, and a blend of apple, lemon and aloe juices. Infused with bright citrus notes to leave skin refreshed and glowing.
- Replenishes & deeply hydrates with organic cold-pressed, extra virgin, olive oil and coconut oil.
- Rich in antioxidants & Vitamin E.
- Soothes with organic aloe.
- For all skin types.
At first I had thought that this was a facial cleansing bar, but it is actually a body cleansing and exfoliating bar. It is gentle on my skin, and rinses away without leaving a residue feeling and doesn’t dry my skin out.
I don’t find that it exfoliates the skin at all, but I really like this body cleansing soap despite this. The scent is apples and citrus (lemon and orange) – it is mild and not at all overpowering.
The full size is listed at $12 USD on the Petit Vour site, and weighs 4.8 oz.
100% Cruelty-Free and Vegan | Olea Europaea (Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil)*, Aloe Barbadensis (Organic Aloe Juice)*, Cocos Nucifera (Organic Coconut Oil)*, Elaeis Guineensis (Sustainably Sourced Organic Palm Oil)*, Sodium Hydroxide, Pyrus Malus (Organic Apple Juice)*, Citrus Limonum (Organic Lemon Juice)*, Vitis Vinifera (Organic White Grape Juice)*, Citrus Sinensis (Orange Oil), Citrus Reticulata (Mandarin Oil), Litsea Cubeba (May Chang Oil), Cinnamomum Camphora (Ho Wood Oil), Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Vitis Vinifera (Grape Seed Extract) | *Certified Organic Ingredients.
Thanks for reading and have a beautiful day!
Disclosure: This came in my Petit Vour subscription that I pay for.
Lovely review. I really like their Phyto-pigments Illuminating Primer, the finish is amazing. Full review on my blog ..in case you haven’t tried it yet ☺

Hmm apples and citrus, 2 of my favourite smells. I bet it’s invigorating in the mornings.
Re: facial cleansing bars. I find them weird. I have a charcoal one my friend gave me and I still haven’t tried it – do you just keep it by the sink in a soap dish? I’m so used to cleaning liquids for the face.

I don’t think I’ve ever used a facial cleansing bar! I’d probably end up getting a special soap dish for it to keep it from being used as hand soap.
