Hello, hello!
I was digging through my eyeshadow stash looking for a green shadow the other day, when the inspiration struck me to set aside a few for fall. With the temperatures (very slowly) starting to cool off, I’m more inclined to go for richer, deeper, smokier shades.
Here are a few of my picks:
Zoeva Cocoa Blend Palette – I’m still in love with this palette, I use it year round, but seem to go for the darker shades in the fall / winter. Original review and swatches are here.
Urban Decay single shadows in Mildew, Cobra, and Loaded. I’ve had these for a long time but you can still buy Mildew and Loaded. Sadly Cobra seems to have been discontinued.
Nyx Prismatic Shadow in Jaded. I got this in an Ipsy GlamBag and it has been lost in my eyeshadow stash for ages, and I forgot that I had it!
What are your shadow picks for fall?
Thanks for reading and have a beautiful day!
Disclosure: I won the palette in a giveaway in 2016, and the rest were purchased by me.
Those greens are amazing!

These shades are so pretty! I don’t have a lot of green, I need to get some. I have been getting out more of my “fall” themed palettes. I love this time of year!

Thanks! I’m so into the fall shades right now – even though our weather is back to warmer temperatures yet again!

I love the look of the colour on your third finger from the left, what shadow is that? I have the mini 6 shadow version of the Cocoa Blend palette and it is lovely. Good choices!

That one is Urban Decay loaded.
I wish that I could easily buy Zoeva here, they have so many palettes that I would love to own!

I love green eyeshadows too!
I’m looking forward to wearing all kinds of purple and plum shades this fall and winter.

Oooh good idea! I’m going to have to dig through my stash to see if I have any good plum shades!

I’ve been really into green shadows lately too! I think all the greens you picked will actually look really good paired with that zoeva palette. Like they could have all come from the same palette! 🙂 I have a few of those NYX prismatic shadows that I generally just use as an inner corner highlight (obviously the lighter shades). I haven’t quite been able to get the darker shades to look right on my lid. How do you apply them?
Love this post!

So far I’ve been trying different ways – patting it on seems to work better than swiping for me.

Wow, looks like your Zoeva is quite well loved!!! Heading to the review now as well.
The UD pigment looks impressive~~ I’ve never bought any of their goodies because their packaging isn’t my thing 😛
Hm… I haven’t thought of a fall look yet. I am so lazy. I’ll probably pick a wine colour or purple sort of thing like aubergine from Laura Mercier cavier stick line.

I use my Zoeva palette more than anything else in my collection!
I have more UD single shadows than palettes – only own naked 3, and two limited edition mini palettes.
I’m really trying to use more from my stash – there are some that I haven’t used in forever, so if I don’t use them soon, I’ll be de-stashing them.
