Metta Skincare Comforting Hand Balm Review

Hello, hello!

Today I’m reviewing the Comforting Hand Balm from Metta Skincare that came in my November Petit Vour box.

Petit Vour November 2018

With the onset of winter weather, my hands get so dry, so I am always desperately needing a good hand cream that is deeply hydrating but not sticky or greasy, and not over-scented. So how does the Comforting Hand Balm measure up to my requirements?

Let’s take a look at the product description and ingredients before moving onto my review [info in italics taken from the Petit Vour website]

A deeply comforting vegan blend of certified organic fairly traded shea butter olive oil and calendula extract formulated to leave your hands feeling soft and moisturized. Suitable for all skin types.

This has an interesting buttery balm texture that melts into the skin, definitely different than most of the hand creams that I’ve been using. This balm soaks into the skin and deeply hydrates and softens. And it smells really nice and calming from the lavender essential oil!

Thanks for reading!
