Hello, hello!
With the holidays, my Petit Vour box didn’t arrive until New Year’s Eve. If you follow me on Instagram, you will have seen my unboxing, but here on the blog, you will get the unboxing AND my first impressions. Full reviews to follow once I’ve had a chance to test things out. [all info in italics is taken from the Petit Vour website]
Petit Vour is a cruelty-free and vegan monthly subscription box with four (occasionally five) products. The subscription is $18 USD a month in the US, $23 USD for Canada, and $25 USD for the rest of the world. With the exchange rate (@ 1.3600) my box cost me $31.28 CAD this month.
Let’s take a look at what was in the December Petit Vour box.
Han Skin Care Cosmetics Concealer, full size $18 USD
This creamy and nourishing concealer improves uneven skin tone, conceals dark circles, reduces redness, and lifts signs of fatigue while benefiting the skin with argan oil, shea butter, green tea and Vitamin E.
- Lightweight and buildable medium to full coverage
- Improves uneven skin tone
- Crease-proof and budge-proof
- Long-wearing formula
I received the shade Fair (with pink undertones). I was running low on one of my concealers, so this is perfect timing!
True Moringa Rejuvenating Body Polish, sample size (1 oz) $8.50 USD, full size (4 oz) $34 USD
Wake up your shower routine and revive dry and dull skin with a blissful aromatic blend of Nicaraguan coffee beans, organic sugar, cold-pressed moringa and a sweet and spicy essential oil blend.
Fresh Nicaraguan coffee beans, rich in caffeine, firm and tighten skin and gently exfoliate to invite the healthy production of new skin cells.
Moringa is rich in zeatin, known for stimulating cell division, growth, and delaying aging of cells. Moringa is packed with crucial fatty acids and antioxidants that the fight free radicals that cause premature aging.
This smells really nice, and I do love body scrubs so I’m looking forward to testing this out – although my preference is for sugar or salt based scrubs.
Goldfaden MD Brightening Elixir, sample size $18 USD (7ml / 0.23oz), full size $80 USD (30ml / 1oz)
Dr. Goldfaden’s advanced brightening and antioxidant serum helps aid against the appearance of photoaging and free radical damage, while leaving skin feeling hydrated and looking radiant.
- Works to boost skin moisture and calm appearance
- Increases radiance and improves appearance of skin color and tone
- Minimizes the appearance of fine lines
I love serums, so I’m happy about getting a new one to try out! This one sounds great!
Andalou Naturals 1000 Roses Soothing Body Lotion, sample size (50ml / 1.7oz) $2 USD, full size (236ml / 8oz) $14 USD
This ultimate skin food blends emollient rich rosehip and argan oils with shea and cocoa butters to nourish, smooth, and soften the appearance of dry skin. Soothing rosewater delights the senses as superfruit antioxidants and ultra-hydrating aloe vera help protect and uplift skin’s moisture barrier for a luxurious, all-over body treatment.
This is my second body lotion / butter from Andalou Naturals – the last one was in my September box! Luckily I love body lotions, and this time I got a rose scented one. Can’t wait to try this!
Overall, this month’s box is worth $46.50 USD – which works out to $63.24 CAD. As well, I received the replacement for my defective Goldfaden MD Bright Eyes Eye Cream from the October box. They sent me two of them – possibly to make up for it taking so long to replace.
What did you think of the December box?
Thanks for reading,
Disclosure: I pay for this monthly subscription box.
I’m glad you’re enjoying this subscription box!

Looks like another interesting box. I already read about 2 of the products, but the rose lotion is the one that would interest me the most.
I like that they send you 2 items to replace the faulty eye cream. Well, it took them long enough!

I haven’t had a chance to test out the rose lotion yet, as I was testing other stuff, but will start testing it out mid-week, so a review should be ready some time next week.

Thanks! I do my patch tests usually the same day things arrive. And often start testing things after 24 hours. But that all depends on whether or not you skin is being normal or sensitive.
