Hello, hello!
Today I’ve reviewing the Envie Desoir Perfume Oil from Petite Histoire that came in my August Petit Vour box. [info in italics taken from the Petit Vour website]
Violet glistens while gentle rose dances in soft rain. Powdery orris is the quiet, cool whisper of Paris.
Top: Bergamot, Angelica Seed
Middle: Rose, Orris, Violet
Base: Sandalwood, Ambrette
This is a beautiful perfume oil, delicately floral, without being overly “flowery” due to the sandalwood and ambrette base notes. I love the violet notes. Sadly it does not last very long on me – but perfume oils rarely last a long time on my skin. I really like it though, and have been reapplying when the scent vanishes.
Thanks for reading
Disclosure: This came in my Peit Vour subscription box that I pay for.
With the angelica, orris and violet, I’d like to think the fragrance oil smells purple and powdery – like the flowers on the plate.

It is slightly powdery, but not grandma type powdery.
