Hello, hello!
Today I have a little review and swatching of another one of the many goodies that I won in Rossy’s (Ayr Galaxy) giveaway awhile back – the Ace Beaute Glimmer Shadow in the shade Iced Latte. [info in italics taken from the Ace Beaute website]
High pigmented soft shadows with a creamy texture specially designed for ultimate color pay-off. These shadows provide bold color in one swipe without fallout, creasing or fading.
Use a shader brush or your finger to apply to the desired area. For a foiled effect, spray brush lightly before picking up shadows
The Glimmer Shadow reminds me of the Colour Pop Super Shock shadows as they have a similar bouncy texture. The Iced Latte shade is a really pretty coppery bronze metallic shade – perfect for holiday looks!
Synthetic brush and / or finger application seems to work best with this type of shadow. I find that some primers make it hard to blend this type of shadow out, so using a setting after applying and blending works to help lock it into place!
Have you tried anything from Ace Beaute?
Thanks for reading
Disclosure: In case you missed it at the very beginning, this was one of several things that I won in a giveaway awhile back (thanks Rossy!).
Love that !!!!!

I have never heard of this brand before, but this shadow has my attention~~~ I like finger application products. Look sooooo stunning. The packaging reminds me of Colourpop, but pink 😀

I hadn’t heard of them either. I think they do a lot of dupe style palettes from what I’ve seen.

I actually have this shadow in the shade “Cotton Candy”. It looks soooooo stunning but I’ve found it somewhat difficult to apply, because it doesn’t seem to want to sit on the lid as solidly as you would expect it to just by looking at it in the pan 😕

I find that applying with fingers works well for me. 🙂

This one is definitely a bit trickier to work with, but the texture is so amazing. Makes me want to get some CP Super Shock Shadows since they’re cheaper lol

Definitely tricky, but the pigmentation is worth the extra effort!
