Hello, hello!

My January Petit Vour box finally arrived on January 28th. I often show my Petit Vour box on my InstaGram, but here on the blog you will get the unboxing AND first impressions. Full reviews to follow once I’ve had a chance to test things out. [info in italics is taken from the Petit Vour website]
Petit Vour is a cruelty-free and vegan monthly subscription box with four (occasionally five) products. The subscription is $18 USD a month in the US, $23 USD for Canada, and $25 USD for the rest of the world. With the exchange rate @1.34 my box cost me $30.82 CAD this month.

Let’s take a closer look :

Fitglow Beauty Good Lash + Mascara – full size $38 USD
3-in-1 vegan mascara, amplifies lash volume and length while nourishing lashes with powerful botanical extracts and plant protein to promote lash health and growth. The multitasking mascara/serum/conditioner enhances the look of lashes on a day-to-day basis plus provides potent vitamins and antioxidants to help lashes grow thicker, denser and fuller. Frail and brittle lashes are strengthened and protected by organic emulsion which prevents breakage and leaves lashes looking rich and full.

This mascara sounds awesome, hopefully it will be water resistant and smudgeproof!
MOA The Green Fairy Hand & Lip Balm – full size $18 USD
Summon the spirit of The Green Fairy with this dual-purpose salvation balm. A non-greasy formula to soften dry cuticles, hands and lips. Caster oil, shea and cocoa butter provide a silky-smooth moisturizing base to soothe and condition. Candelilla wax provides a nourishing, protective coating, whilst stevia leaves a subtle, sweet taste on the lips. With yarrow extract and a magical blend of essential oils including, brightening grapefruit and lemon peel and aromatic peppermint, fennel and aniseed.
You all know how much I love multi-purpose products – and I particularly love lip and cuticle balms.
Aether Beauty Single Eyeshadow – single shadow $16 USD
The perfect day to night romantic shades. Customize your palette with these go-to single eyeshadows.
Formulated with organic coconut oil and organic shea butter, it creates a smooth, buttery texture for one swipe application. Infused with organic rosehip oil which provides radiant looking, glowing skin.

I’ve had my eye on the eyeshadow palettes from Aether Beauty for awhile, so I’m excited to try this single shadow. There are two colours listed on the Petit Vour website:
- Amethyst – purple gray metallic
- Solar Eclipse – peach metallic, infused with topaz
I received the shade Amethyst. I will be trying this out for sure!
Andalou Naturals Apricot Probiotic Cleansing Milk – sample size (1.7oz) $3 USD
Fruit Stem Cell complex from the Apple & Grape, Resveratrol CoQ10 and skin-friendly vegan probiotics gently remove make-up and impurities, rinsing away dull surface cells and balancing skin flora. Apricot and Borage Oils are infused to rejuvenate dehydrated, for a fresh glow and a rejuvenated complexion.

I do enjoy a good cleansing milk and this one sounds great. I may have to stash it away for a bit as I think I have two cleansing milks in rotation right now.

This month’s box is valued at $75 USD, so with the exchange rate that I paid, it is worth $100.50! Reviews to follow once I’ve had a chance to test things out!
Thanks for reading

Disclosure: I pay for this monthly subscription box.

I like that their card has useful information. So many subscription box out there has none-sense on the cards *LOL* Wow, the value of this box is surreal~~ Will like to know how the lip/hand balm get on with you. It is such an unexpected product? Usually it’s lip and cheek, it is the first time that I see a lip and hand balm.

I think that it is a multi-purpose Balm – like can be used on lips, cuticles and any dry spots. I haven’t tried it yet though!
