Garnier Water Rose Micellar Water Review

Hello, hello – welcome to / welcome back to A Brash Attitude!

Today I have a review of Garnier’s Water Rose Micellar Water. Since they’ve recently become Leaping Bunny Certified Cruelty Free, I decided to start exploring a few of their products. [info in italics taken from the Garnier Canada website]

This all-in-1 hydrating micellar cleanser water is a facial cleanser and makeup remover that is surprisingly powerful, yet gentle on skin. The Water Rose Micellar Cleansing Water for all skin types effectively cleanses, removes makeup and hydrates skin. Like a magnet, micelles capture and lift away dirt, oil and makeup without harsh rubbing. This facial cleanser removes makeup, leaving skin perfectly clean without over drying. This Garnier Water Rose Micellar Cleansing Water is gentle on skin and can be used to remove face makeup and eye makeup. The gentle cleanser is vegan and formulated without alcohol, oils and fragrance.

I purchased the Water Rose Micellar Water to use for gentle eye makeup removal. It is non-soapy and super gentle yet effective at removing eye shadow, brow pencil and mascara. Waterproof mascara is a little tricky, but I find that most micellar waters don’t fully remove waterproof mascara formulas easily. As an added plus, it does not sting my sensitive eyes! I use it with my reusable makeup remover pads from Oko Creations.

The key ingredients are Rose Water and Glycerin – you can probably guess why I picked this one right? I love rose in my skincare!

The bottle is HUGE, and costs less than $10 CAD – so it is super budget friendly. Have you tried this micellar water?
