Today I’m reviewing the EVOLVh InstaVolume Duo set that was sent to me from their PR team. When asked if I wanted to try it out, of course I said YES because I absolutely love this brand! The InstaVolume Duo is composed of InstaVolume Cleansing Treatment and and InstaVolume Volumizing Elixir. [info in italics taken from the EVOLVh website]

Let’s take a closer look at this two-step system, starting with the InstaVolume Cleansing Treatment:

Step 1 of our new Evolutionary Volume System: Voluminous, healthy, soft, & gorgeous. Always follow with Step 2, the InstaVolume Elixir spray. Dreamy voluminous hair awaits! 

The first of its kind regimen that eliminates the need for a conditioner.  This game changing cleansing treatment delivers a luxurious lather that gently and thoroughly cleanses, nourishes and detoxify’s the scalp, adds moisture and detangles, while boosting volume and absorbing unwanted oils. 

InstaVolume is powered by plant based natural ingredients including tapioca and flax, known for their unique ability to volumize hair while absorbing excess oils, and making it possible to go an extra day or even two without shampooing while still enjoying the voluminous results. 

This is a super gentle but highly effective “shampoo” type hair cleanser. It lathers surprisingly well for a sulfate free formula. It has the signature EVOLVh grapefruit scent. Because I’m so mega overdue for a trim, I do find that I need to use a bit of the SmartStart Leave-In Conditioner on my ends.

Now onto the InstaVolume Volumizing Elixir:

Effortless Volume with Brilliant Shine + Heat Protection & Detangling 

The magical Step 2 of our new evolutionary 2-step InstaVolume system. This multifunction magic potion detangles, add moisture and shine, removes frizz, balances pH, provides heat styling and UV protection, while boosting volume and absorbing excess oils.

Powered entirely by plant based ingredients, including flax and tapioca for stunning volume and raw lecithin for near-miraculous weightless moisture. 

This works so well to help tame my frizz, it adds volume and softness to my wavy hair. I love that it is also a heat protector spray. It also has the signature grapefruit scent.
